Peter’s vast knowledge and expertise are underpinned by plenty of hands-on experience. He has lived and worked in the major wine-producing regions of France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and South Africa, with many years under his belt as a wine merchant, restaurateur and wine bar owner.
Peter readily shares this experience with other enthusiasts and connoisseurs and lectures extensively around the country. He also runs wine appreciation classes, and his vineyard tours and special events are in high demand.
